Our Method

 
 
 
 
To clear large regrowth areas, we can use a pair of dozers connected to a scrub pulling chain. This is only done for larger regrowth clearing, not for individual trees or small groups of trees. Using the dozers, we drive around larger trees and flatten small regrowth with the chain to clear a large space in a short time. Once the regrowth is pulled, the stick raking begins, and the timber is pushed into windrows ready for burning.
